Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms explain the permitted use of zongdaspring.com, operated by Ningbo Zongda Electrical Spring Co., Ltd. (Zongda Springs), based in Cixi, Zhejiang, China. These website terms do not replace a quotation, purchase order, supply agreement, confidentiality agreement or other written agreement between the parties.
Website purpose and enquiries
This website presents our spring products, manufacturing capabilities and technical information and allows visitors to send business enquiries. It does not provide online checkout or payment. Submitting an enquiry or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not place an order or establish acceptance of a supply contract.
Quotations and orders
Prices, delivery schedules, specifications, quantities, payment arrangements, warranties and other supply conditions are subject to the parties’ final written quotation, order confirmation or agreement. Website descriptions, examples and estimated information do not override those documents. Please obtain written confirmation before relying on a specific specification or delivery date.
Engineering information and product suitability
Articles, diagrams, photographs and published parameters provide general product and selection information. Examples do not establish suitability for every assembly, load, environment or safety requirement. The applicable dimensions, materials, torque or force, travel, service life, test methods and acceptance criteria should be confirmed through the parties’ engineering review and written project documents before manufacture or use.
Website content and intellectual property
Rights in website text, photographs, drawings, branding and other content belong to Zongda Springs or the relevant rights holders. You may view and share links to publicly available pages and keep copies for internal evaluation of our products, with any attribution and notices retained. Republishing, reselling or commercially distributing website content requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits otherwise. No trademark, patent or other intellectual property licence is granted beyond these limited website-use permissions.
Information you submit
Please provide accurate business contact and project information and submit only material you are authorised to share. Confidentiality and intellectual property requirements for a project should be agreed in writing before submitting material requiring special protection. Customers retain their existing rights in drawings and designs submitted to us and must have the right to submit those materials. Zongda Springs uses them only to evaluate the request, prepare quotations and carry out projects confirmed by the parties. Any special confidentiality or intellectual property arrangements must be agreed separately in writing.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, disrupt website operation or use forms to send spam. Links to external websites and services are provided for convenience. Their content and services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

We may update website content and maintain or temporarily interrupt the website. Continuous availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Please notify us of material errors so we can review them.
